Lancet Worldwide launches its Outsourcing Consultation Company

LancetWorldwide announced today that it will be starting its operation of outsourcing solutions on 16 July 2007, by launching its consultation services to the IT sector. The company founded by Moe Burney will be located in Kanata, Ontario and is unique in that it works as both a nearshore as well as an offshore outsourcing resource for organizations seeking outsourced development of their software applications.

LancetWorldwide will offer outsourcing advice, and will offer through the services of its partner company in Hyderabad, India with over 40 software engineers and personnel, inexpensive development of software applications. "We are confident we can increase the ROI of North American software organizations and provide quality software development at a fraction of the cost it takes to make the same software in North America." Moe Burney emphasized.

Moe Burney in pointing out the significance of LancetWorldwide’s location said: "For us the choice was clear as Kanata is the nucleus of Hi Tech activity with a pool of software engineers and, at least, 300 IT organizations in its environs."
Lancet Worldwide is not entirely committed to getting the assignments done in India and if it is deemed more favorable for different reasons that the product be completed in Canada then they will do that.

The partner company of LancetWorldwide in India, MSIT Solutions Pvt. Ltd., has already completed a number of outsourcing assignments for brand name companies and its R&D arm has produced 2 highly popular e-learning software packages.

"Yes, there are scores of software outsourcing consultants and companies out there, but we would attempt to define ourselves as those who can provide advice and solutions with our client, and I emphasize, only our client, in mind." said Moe Burney. "After all," he said, "outsourcing may not even be a viable alternative for some organizations at a given time, and if that were the case we will convey this news and even give our reasons for it."

Lancet Worldwide to offer Technical Documentation

In addition to offering outsourcing solutions to IT organizations, Lancet Worldwide has decided to include delivery of documentation services for its clients when it opens for business on July 16, 2007.

The documentation need not necessarily be that of only those organizations seeking the service of software developers provided through LancetWorldwide; it may be for companies wanting to use the writing and documentation services even if they have not outsourced software application development through LancetWorldwide.

"We have a pool of certified Technical Writers with experience in the hi-tech industry." Moe Burney, CEO of LancetWorldwide, informed.

"The documentation services will offer the documentation of software coding and writing of deliverables meant for different audiences—the experts and the not-so-experts," said Moe Burney.

User Guides, White Papers, Tutorials, Procedures Manuals and Business Plans will be customized for the client, based on the audience for which this documentation is meant for.

It is expected that start-up companies as well as established business outfits will benefit from the writing expertise LancetWorldwide is offering.
